Thoughts on Batum and Matthews?

Think the Hornets can make a play for these two? I don't know much about them and just started watching the game (know Matthews got hurt)...Just curious to see what the overall thoughts are.

Both are great players. Would be happy with rather one on this team.

Batum would take quite a bit to acquire. Not worth giving up pieces for Matthews over signing a backup 2 in FA.

I'd move Gordon, Aminu, and a future pick for Batum & Matthews - think Portland would do it? Or is that a terrible trade? Forgive me I'm not as educated when it comes to basketball trades. I've only recently gotten back into it.

He's been part of trade talks the last couple of years, but it seems like Portland is not willing to let him go or they want way too much for him.
