Hmm...the only NFL and NBA one I can find is in 1975 in Atlanta the Hawks drafted David Thompson 1st overall and the Falcons drafted Steve Bartkowski 1st overall.
But in terms of big 4 sports teams in one city:
Philly had the 76ers take Ben Simmons and the Phillies take Mickey Monziak in 2016
Washington had the Nats take Bryce Harper and the Wizards take John Wall in 2010
Tampa had the Lightning take Steven Stamkos and the Rays take Tim Beckham in 2008
Atlanta had the Falcons take Mike Vick and the Thrashers take Ilya Kovalchuk in 2001
for the NBA and NFL in one city, you have to go back to 1975, but for 2 of the big 4 teams in one city, it has happened 4 times this millennium

Pelicans will be a playoff team. We have a whole arse starting 5 out, Zion plays tonight, Trey comes back probably this week or next, CJ, Herb and DJM aren’t far behind
