Yes, all I hear for this team is we need more scoring. No we dont we need guys who play hard, makes smart plays, and play with drive.

Buddy Hield actually has all those traits. He just happens to also be an elite shooter.

If you want a guy with those traits I'm not sure why you continue to go out of your way to find excuses to hate on the guy so much?

Not here. Let Asik be the co-pilot for the tank. We just need to find a way to get Gordon and Ryno into the passenger seats to keep it running.

Thibs and JVG are leaders who have both managed superstars. JVG happened to coach in the same conference as Jordan and Thibs went against LeBron and made chicken salad out of chicken shite when rose went down.

Both are by far waaay better options than what we've had. Phil Jackson ain't walking thru the door so who is a better feasible option?

He has a score first mentality I want someone looking to dive for the extra passes get into the defenders fight for rebounds.

Thibs certainly had respect from his players /sarcasm

I mean let's not act like those bulls rosters where bad.

JVG hasn't coached in a decade, what makes people so sure of him?

Do you not remember that rose was hurt forever the last two seasons he coached?

He turned Noah into a sleeper mvp pick. He did a he'll of a job coaching that team. Rose defended him several times.

He didn't manage minutes well but he can learn from that. Plus I know we'll play d with him.

And JVG, while nostalgic may have the better of me, will turn AD into an elite post man

I want a versitile player in the draft and as I said guards are the least of our worries. We can grab Bazemore in FA and he'll add what we need at that position.

Noah was a 10/12 big before thibs

I'm not saying he's a bad coach but he's overrated. He doesn't have the skins on the wall to be demanding control.

I'd also rather someone who's coached in the modern NBA and JVG hasn't in how long now?

Buddy would cost a lot less and would bring actual character here.

If you think he's not versatile, you haven't been really paying attention.

So who is your better option?

And we need a coach who has coached in the modern NBA to be successful?

Steve Kerr says hi.

I don't think he's gonna be a 40%+ 3pt shooter consistently. I think he has the potential to do what McCollum has done though.

I just wish we had a SF worth a damn though. I forget how unreal kawhi has developed

That why I like Luwawu he has the chance to develop into a similar player. It will take time but everyone seems to want a guy who will start right away.

I thought that he really played well for the past ~2 months. People keep associating him with his fumbleitis/poor finishing from the previous two seasons, but that hasn't been the case this season. I know that he doesn't fit with the direction the NBA is going (i.e. he doesn't match up with the Warriors), but you need him against the likes of Boogie, Howard, Jordan, and Gasol.

Everyone wants to dump his contract, but I'd rather dump Ajinca's (which would definitely be easier to do). Would rather spend that ~$5m/yr elsewhere, whether it's on another center or freeing up space for a better wing and going with a minimum guy as a backup 5. I say give Asik 28mpg at the 5, AD 15, and a vet min/2nd round rookie guy the other 5. Too bad we let Withey go, he's been playing well.

Did you ever think that maybe it only appears as a hive mentality because your own opinion on the matter, in this case Hield, is the outlier to what most everyone else who has watched and studied him sees?

You make a number of comments about his abilities that just are outside of reality.

Then act like a PR rep for a guy with an even more questionable future in Luwawu. I honestly worry about you 504, you are getting a little obsesses with this guy. I fear the day we either don't pick him or he doesnt live up to your hype.
