pels at $96 mill in cap for next season.
say they can re-sign Ian "revenge game" clark & playoff rondo for reasonable multi-year deals.
whats the max offer the Pels would be able to extend to a UFA (i.e. Paul George, who would be perfect here)?
i know Bird rights frick things up bc we can def sign Boogie to huge deal, but maybe not other FAs?
what're the "inside basketball" details?

Only chance at PG is if he opts-in to his contract and demands OKC to trade him to NOLA. He would basically give up $10M to come play here in this fantasy. shite ain't happening.

We don’t have any cap space. In order to have the bird rights to Boogie, we are accountable for a substantial cap hold of around 27 million. Only way we are under the cap is if we renounce all cap holds.
