Remember all the talk of JJ’s 13 year playoff streak?

It was talked about constantly when JJ showed up that he’s never missed the playoffs and the Pels broke the streak.

It doesn’t get brought up enough that CJ also never missed the playoffs in his career 8 years before joining the Pels. Unlike JJ, defied the NBA Gods and just extended the streak.

JJ was the one who brought it up more than anyone else. From day 1 he brought it up.

Maybe if JJ wasn’t completely useless then the team would have been more competitive.

I'd say JJ was one of the biggest reasons why we missed the playoffs with him.

Clearly that was the problem. Zion’s gravity caused orbital drag on all his shots.

JJ being so awful was a part of why we didn't make the playoffs. Several games with tons of minutes being practically a non factor. Took too long to shut him down.

Had they given the younger players a chance earlier in the year to help them develop, maybe things go a bit differently.
