Totally agree. pick should have been Murray been saying that since the draft and even before. Professional players as seniors are there as seniors for a reason is just one of my reasons

The difference between Murray and Hield right now is one has the autonomy night in night out to play, sometimes in blowouts, and one is sitting behind Downtown Anthony Brown. If Hield had the authority to come into games and start chucking and running the offense, I'm sure he'd have some 20s notched. Murray was terrible last night in garbage time by the way. It's worth mentioning since people go nuts every time 20 is dropped.

These people who say Hield can't get to the rim I question if they're even watching games. It's the only way he's been able to score some nights.

This.

And I honestly if I hear one more person say Murray is playing better then Buddy, yet keep ignoring the minutes and consistency of Buddy not playing, then im going to go ape shite.

My point is at 18 with Murray u have the same thing with buddy. That's been my point since the beginning and Murray can get his own shot. We say because he's "pro-ready" we take him now so we can "win now". What on this roster screams win now besides AD? I get we got Buddy and hope he succeeds and reaches his ceiling(JJ reddick) but it's decisions like this that set our team back more than push us forward

I wanted Buddy because I think he will ultimately be a better pro and a better fit for this team.

Murray right now is a tweener guard and he has a pretty long way to go if he is being groomed for PG. He has the good fortune of being on a team where the coach is putting an emphasis on getting him paying time. Had Murray played like he did the first half last night on the Pelicans, Gentry would of buried him on the bench the rest of the game and probably subsequent games.

in limited action, he looks good.

Dude just needs some confidence and to get his game going. What he did at Oklahoma wasn't a fluke last year.

Not many people in college put up 46 against a ranked team on national teleivision.

The games moving a little fast for him and that's why you see the rushed shots, air balls, etc.....

It'll slow down for him
