Finally able to get off work early. Got the kids to my parents. Wife is off. I bought lower bowl seats. Date night to see the pels. They get stranded at the airport. No Zion. No b.i. Oh well. At least we get a jersey I guess. I’ll make the best of it and hopefully see some of that great ball movement fom last night when Zion was on the bench. Pity to pay and travel to the game with player development as the best possible highlight. New nba. At least I won’t be sitting on my couch hoping Bally works haha

I quit going to games after twice being burned by Golden State not suiting any stars up. It’s a real problem in the league.

I live in N LA, it's not the easiest to break away for a day or two just for a game but I try to do two a year. I've been to eight since Zions been here and I've yet to see him play.

That stinks
I took my kids to a game in Dallas last season. Zion hurt his hamstring I think around 5 days before that game, and both CJ and BI sat out for rest.
That was my fault though, not ever buying tickets to any NBA game that is part of a back to back.
Pels play in Dallas in January on a Saturday, but it's a back to back, so skipping that one and taking the kids back to the next game in Dallas on Monday, but no back to back.
Still no guarantees with injuries, but you aren't terribly likely to get a player sit out last second due to rest if they're off the day before.

I also went to one of those games. That was one of the games those coveted pels beanie style hats were given so the kids were happy.

I'd at the very least send this to the pels PR team. Maybe you'll get some free cheap tickets or something from them.
It's total BS. Feel for you, man.
