I’ll say this again Willie keeps getting outcoached. His rotations, game awareness and ATOs are atrocious.

I mean I agree but we’re without 2 pretty big pieces of our team right now. I’d argue 3 with Ryan with what he was bringing shooting wise. I’m just not gonna freak out just yet. If we’re .500 after getting everyone healthy, then I’ll freak

Well dude, the reason we aren’t shooting 3s is because our 3pt shooters aren’t playing. Those aren’t like mutually exclusive issues

To be fair losing stars to injuries for majority season is almost impossible to withstand. Plus CJ was playing with a broken hand.

uh the guy who leads the jazz in 3pt attempts and is easily their best shooter and player just in general didnt play tonight. they still shot damn near 50 3s. whether trey and cj are playing or not, the team needs to be taking significantly more 3s

Sure, but like forget Zion playing more games if CJ wasn’t playing through a broken hand last year we easily win 4 more games. Yes we are a franchise with a history of injury, but last season was an injury outlier even for us. And what I’m saying is even if we have below leave average injury luck the rest of the year, as long as we don’t have luck like last year, we will not be the 10th seed

They have much better shooters than us overall and are playing at home. All their role guys made huge 3s. None of ours did and BI didn’t either.

People itt freaking out, and it's hard to hear because it's a shite loss, but at this moment the only thing that really matters is Zion and Ingram played another game of basketball together and stayed healthy. They'll go back to work tomorrow, figure out some more stuff, and get better.
It's not like we've buried ourselves in the standings. We're .500 and getting healthier. Just grow from this

Not play fricking nance. Feed JV. Run a better ATO set. He got completely outcoached.
His determination to give minutes to Nance is absolutely killing this team. The Nance/Zion lineups cant rebound worth a shite.
The last 4 games since Nance came back he is -2, -4, -5 and -5. In close games that matters tremendously. Meanwhile JV has played amazingly basketball this season and as soon as Nance came back we went away from JV.

It’s like you don’t understand basketball?
If they are shooting the same % on way more attempts that means they have better shooters than us
The reason our percents are the same is because we’re more conservative with our 3pt attempts which means we take a greater ratio of high percentage 3s vs low percentage 3s
Which is why their shooters are better on average
