JB just has his thumb on the pulse of this team.
He seems to know exactly what guys to throw in to change the tide of a game even if they’ve sat out the previous few games. He knows when he needs to sit someone, when to leave guys in and just let them cook.

I think he’s doing a good job. He’s able to overcome talent deficiencies at times like Willie was never able to do.
I’ll keep saying it but the Pels are going to have to add more 3pt shooting if they want to actually match up with the better teams.
