I find it hilarious that the game after SVG said he was gonna use his bench more we have only played 8 total players through the half.
Obviously that’s how SVG read the game though so fair enough

For as ugly as we have played I’ll take it.
Our first two games the third quarter has been our best quarter(a 180 from Gentry) and if SVG can keep our guys a little more fresh in the fourth I like our odds....Which if I have one big criticism, wtf SVG lol!! I thought we were going to go a bit deeper to keep people fresh. Instead we’ve tightened the rotation even more.

Just something that will force defenders to come out and guard him so he isn't driving into a wall every damn time.

What's so hilarious? Hart has clearly gotten more minutes than some of the starters and Hayes received almost as many minutes in 1 half than he did in the first 2 games. Stan is using his bench. Maybe it's just isn't the way you expected him to.

SVG needs to test it :
Ball , Reddick , Ingram , Williamson , Adams
Lewis , Bledsoe , Hart , Melli , Hayes
NAW, Hernangomez

He just needs to pass it out a lot more. He's getting out of control too often.

He wants his starters to get out of their funk.
Lonzo ball is 4/9 and shooting the best among the starters. That's fricking crazy.

This is also the problem with not having good spacing and what a lot of observers mentioned as a potential problem this season.
Without a stretch big you are relying on your forward/guards to draw defenders out to the perimeter to give Zion space, and when we basically only have two of those that defenses respect, it’s pretty easy to sell out and pack three players in the paint to slow and frustrate Zion.

I know we had to let him go, but I hope anyone who shite on Jrue during his Pels career is now realizing how important he was to this team.

Zion 3 steals. He's reading passing lanes much better but still a step behind on closing out a few rotations.

Let's not act like Jrue never had starts to games like this

Man, we lost a lot of games with Jrue. Time to move on.

I mean I don’t think anyone didn’t respect Jrue for what he brought to the team, but it was always a question(even if some didn’t want to admit it, or tried to talk themselves into Bledsoe being better) of whether Jrue fit our time schedule or would even stay here without an overpay, and his comments since getting to Mil hints heavily that his desire to win now probably played a big role in deciding to move him.

I'm talking about what he did for spacing.
He could create his own shot.
Right now, the only player on our roster that can do that is Ingram.

The whole beginning of the season! Does anyone really want me to search and find out what was being said about Jrue in the first few games last year? It was horrible.

So want to point out some positives:
Turnovers: 3
Huge improvement over last game and hopefully a sign of improvement
FT: 13-15
Another big improvement. Getting to the line and hitting them.
Rebounds: 31 to their 23(they only got 1 offensive rebound)
Such a huge shift from last year. Night and day. We are rebounding as a team and not allowing second chance after second chance and it allows us to not get in huge holes when we go into shooting slumps like we are in. AND we are getting offensive boards of our own(8) while not getting eaten in transition. Huge reason for not being down despite shooting 33%z
Just some positives to keep in mind...

Zion really needed to do all that on a SG and still missed
