I never understand this line of thinking. So you would rather be in a one possession game under the same circumstances? They are doing what they should and exceedingly so. No one here is disillusioned that we are favorites in the West because of this game. Some nights you just gotta enjoy it.

I’m just happy we’re beating teams we’re supposed to beat. For years we were that shitty team that everyone looked at as a W. We may not be top tier but I think the Pels are able to play with most teams in the league on any given night. We used to pray for times like this.

Anyone checked in on EJ’s G-League stats? It looks like he’s been really good when he’s played. I took a gander, 19ppg on 52% from the field, 8 boards, 2 blocks. Per 36 it’s 27/11 and 3 blocks.

Definitely much more entertaining to listen to commentary about Dick when you're on the opposing team broadcast. Toronto fans are going to be tortured on every broadcast from the national or opposing team's commentary team for the next 4-5 years.
