When teams drafting in the top 5 are missing their best player, their 4th best player, a key big man and a rookie that was showing major improvement, how well do you expect them to play against a healthy 4 seed?
Irrelevant. Fire Monty.

most certainly I am. he is the head coach right?

Methinks that you're incapable of giving any specifics, so you're backtracking/making bull shite "I'm talking about in general" comments.
ignorance. its clear I was referring to his 4th quarter coaching in general. me thinks you just don't like when someone criticizes who you likes so you be mad.

And I like how you think you're enlightened with your Monty criticisms, like no one else here has ever vented on some of his poor decisions.
see that's the biggest problem with our fan base compared to most others and shows how new we are. around here the general vibe is "support the team no matter what and don't you dare criticize anything". sure you can say that others have voiced their displeasure and that is true, however they are immediately attacked for it by the morons who think that criticizing the team makes them a bad fan.
its the same people who act as if the pathetic fan support and attendance this team gets is just "no big deal". let us just turn the other cheek.

Yep, everyone on this site loves them some Eric Gordon, Greivis Vasquez, and Monty Williams. No complaints ever about them.

There are good back and forth discussions had when there are legit complaints. Complaining about the coach when his lottery-bound team with 4 key players out lost by 3 to the healthy 4th seed in the West, that is NOT a legitimate complaint, especially when there were no specific coaching issues.

ball game. another well coached 4th quarter by Monty.
Do you know the definition of the word "another?"

Does everyone on this board still think Vasquez and Gordon are the 2 best guards in the NBA?

I would've enjoyed that loss if Wiggins was in the draft this year but I really wanted us to beat CP3.

Ok, fair enough one on THIS GAME you are referring to with the setbacks we were facing. But we can't ignore the fact a couple days ago when we gave up 95 points to Sacramento in the 3rd qtr who isn't any seed. And we wound up losing by 11 and it wasn't that close.
When there are excuses, pro Monty's scream from the mountain top about those excuses. But when anti Monty's voice there opinion, we are called morons.

Not really. We're calling you (or Weebie, assuming y'all are actually different people) for putting the blame on Monty for this game. Given the quality of the players that were out there tonight, how we played is EXACTLY why so many of us jumped on the Monty bandwagon last year. Without AD, Vasquez, Smiht, and the improving Rivers, we had absolutely no business being in this game tonight (we forced CP3 and Blake to play a combined 77 minutes!), but we were. I have no problem with people being upset with Monty over how the defense has played, but we have to give him some leeway given that we're the second youngest team in the NBA and have dealt with a lot of injury issues. And I get that the youngest team in the NBA is going to be in the playoffs, but switch EG and Harden and I think we're a 7/8 seed and Houston is a lotto team. And too many people are overlooking Dell's (VERY smart) decision to dump Okafor/Ariza for Rashart Poois (LOL). Those two were overpaid, but they weren't bad players. Add them to this team and we probably win another 4 or 5 games this season at the expense of an improved outlook over the next 2 or 3 years.

Fine. Then why bring up the whole "Anyone that criticizes Monty gets hated on!!!11" thing?

I think Weebie is his own person. He's got a unique set of lack of knowledge.
