Is this traveling? It doesn't look like it but to cover that much ground. I tried to find a Harden doing it to that extent but couldn't. Time embedded link below.

Its a step and a gather. If he did it towards the rim no one would think twice. But going the other way makes it look like a travel

Watch it at .25 playback speed. He starts the stepback while he has a live dribble. When he gathers it, he's already in midstepback. He literally takes two steps to get behind the 3pt line. The amount of ground he covered in what is basically one and a half long step backwards is insane. Requires great balance, ankle flexion, and loose hips. Or something. I don't really know what I'm talking about. I'm just eyeballing it.

A lot of hardens moves are travels because he shuffles for extra distance. This move is essentially a jump stop but going backwards instead of forwards.
