The driving to contact issue is because he cannot shoot fts.
How did he get through summer without learning/remaking ft shot?
Answer that and you know what to do before trade deadline.

Dude has played 125 NBA games. FT has went from 41% to 50%, 3P from 33% to 36%. Ingram shot 62% from the line as a rookie, 3 off seasons and 190 games later, he’s 86% from the line. 29% from 3 as a rookie, now shooting 40%

He balled last night, and kept the team in the game in the forth quarter. When he works to penetrate, instead of chucking three pointers, he is a much better player.

I still find it crazy people wanted to give up on him even though Ingram turned the corner at almost the exact same time (halfway through the third year).
