Way too many emotional bitches in here for a move that probably won’t be completed in a vacuum.

The current roster is absolutely a playoff team right now if Zion is who we think he is. And if he’s not or if he gets hurt/quits none of these moves matter anyway.

This roster isn't better than Jazz, Nuggets, Lakers, Clippers, Suns, Blazers and Mavericks...
The "What If" teams this season are Grizzlies and Warriors.
Maybe JV will step up the team...Let's see

Absolutely? I think you’re going too far with that
. It’s maybe a play-in game team

did 23 year old Lonzo not improve with us??? Was he not going to continue improving????
Sure and sure, but the issue at hand is he didn't improve in the areas he needed to improve in to be the primary ball handler he sees himself as. He improved as a 3pt shooter, as a FT shooter, but he still does not get into the paint at all, doesn't get to the line, is one of the leagues worst iso and PnR guards, etc etc etc. There's no way Griffin could gamble on Lonzo improving on something he has not shown any growth at in four years.
