If this team doesn't have a new stadium plan by the end of next season it is moving to Seattle. You have one year.

Too many people just love yelling trade our best players every year. We've gotten worse every year by doing so. Keep Zion here. I would hate for him to land in another city and take off after we've dealt with it this long.

He looked his best at the end of the season. I think he comes back the same way next season.

Zion cannot be trusted to be healthy enough to play basketball. You cannot build around a guy who cannot be trusted to play basketball. It is not very complicated.

Trade him now, while you can. Some other team will think they can get through to him. Maybe they can! I don't care where we land in the lottery, this team cannot move forward if we're relying on Zion.

Zion has been in the NBA for FIVE YEARS. He's not going to all of a sudden change who he is.

When did this happen recently?

I'm not a fan of Zion (I'm a fan of the Pelicans). But I don't just want to see him fail. If the choices are he sucks here forever or becomes a star somewhere else, I'd let him go live his best life. It's kind of a dick move to just force it to force it. Sometimes people need a fresh start.

I don't think people understand the fanatical dedication it takes for sub 6'8 guys to succeed long term in the NBA. He has to live it 24/7, his whole life structured around it. He has never showed an inkling of any of that.

BTW, he missed the end of the season faking an injury. Can't really say how he looked at the end. We can just say he looked OK the last time he played..
