KAT must have shot his wad

He outplayed AD and records 28 points and about 27 rebounds.
Tonight vs Embiid he had 13 points and 3 rebounds in the 4th playing normal minutes for him.
Embiid has 31 and 13 in about 29 minutes.
AD is great. He needs to get up for these matchups. Calipari and Kenny Payne got in AD and KAT’s heads teasing them back and forth until AD said “I’m going to destroy him” that’s when AD had a 50 point + and 20 boards +. Pels won big. I don’t know if it’s coaching or what. Someone needs to get him going against these bigs. I know he puts up numbers usually, but he can and should be dominate if he’s truly the “best player in the league” as he says. I hope he stays too.

The problem Davis has against guys like KAT and Embiid is their physicality.. AD is more of a finesse player than a beat you up physical guy.. That's the matchups we need to start Okafor for, but Gentry is an idiot

The last 2 seasons you can see KAT has became alot more physical of a player

Then he should have no problem dominating them on the offensive end. Defense I get, which is why you would have oak on that assignment. But as another poster said, Gentry has no clue.

I agree with this somewhat, matchups or not - Okafor needs playing time and starting him next to AD for even just 5 mins is the right move. That makes the bench even stronger with Niko and Randall. In the long run, AD's minutes has to drop to 35-36 per game.
It's like with Looney, he starts but plays under 21mins.

If you look at last years stats, AD put a whoopin on KAT.
Edit: I shouldnt say whoopin since we went 0-4 against them, but AD did better still.
