Jrue MVP chances take a hit?

without making the playoffs, Griffin says Jrue may be unfairly penalized in the MVP voting.

I can't decide if Jrue is over rated or if Gentry's horrible play fast at all costs and place no emphasis on defense negates Jrue's main strength.
But in critical must win games Bogdonavic/Fox went off and DeRozan went off.

Doesn't really matter how good one guy is on defense if his teammates suck at it. This isn't 1984 where Jrue could just lock up one guy all game.

what you guys have to understand about Griff is that he is an eternal optimist. guys in positions like his have to sell a vision because that's how you change and build a culture. that anything other than a championship and/or one of your players becoming an MVP is unacceptable
