Easy team to root for even though 60% of their fanbase belongs on death row. That being said, very glad they won it after Wemby played like a dirty POS all playoffs long.

You are only seeing the worst of the bunch. People being good human beings doesn’t go viral. Also add the sheer number of Knick fans, you are gonna have bad apples just based on numbers. I bet most of those rioters aren’t even Knick fans they are lost people that are just waiting for an excuse to riot. Example A is BLM riots

This was a fun series with two flawed finals teams.
It is probably since the Dallas mavs series the less talented team won thanks to an overwhelming advantage in mental toughness and composure.
The Knicks knew who they were, believed in their game and stuck to it.
The spurs proved their ceiling is higher than the Knicks when everything is clicking, and then proceeded to jump out their very high window in crunch time.
The Knicks follow up to this will be interesting to watch.
