I'd guess he hasn't signed because he's physically unavailable. Probably on vacation.
He took out a full page ad in the Philly paper thanking fans and teams are out of cap space. There's no basketball reason for him to not close the deal.

1. Griff & Trajan still are working on eventual trades.
2. Not making his deal official means we keep flexibility to be a part of a trade.
3. The same applies to Melli and Miller. We have ability to sign Melli with cap space or RLE. Miller'cap hold is smaller than his new deal.
4. Some trades may materialize. As a part of the trade or as third party.
5. Wood is probably on the trade block.
There is no reason to hurry up those signings.
