I bought courtside tickets tonight for my 1st and last game this year

Such a shite show organization. The Pelicans did a terrible job updating the crowd on the situation. After an hour they said the players would warm up in ten and they never did. Does atubhub refund these situations? The Pelicans sure as hell aren't refunding my $20 parking or $5 bridge toll.

I am livid. Stubhub won't refund me because the game is being rescheduled. I told them I can't attend it. They told me to resell it on the market for less than what I paid. I said I'm disputing it with American Express. They said if I do they are locking my account. I cursed the guy out and hung up.

I wrote this to the Pelicans: I had to take off work to attend the game and can’t guarentee that I can make the rescheduled game. Not that I even want to have the Pelicans make twice the amount of money off me with parking and food and beverage.
The Pelicans need to offer a decent solution otherwise I will never attend a game and you are talking to someone that has been a fan since 03. I went to the game vs the Suns played at LSU during Katrina. I attended the 05 season with Dan Dickau. You will never again get my money again if you cannot make things right.
It's not going to amount to anything but at least I got to vent. If I resell on Stubhub, I lose money with seller fees. I'm never buying from them again either.

Drove in from BR for tonight’s game, spent like $50 on food and parking only to sit there for two hours with no idea what’s going on. They really did do a piss poor job of keeping the crowd informed. They knew the floor was messed up over an hour before they decided to postpone the game.

Uhh... I have friends who came in town a day early just to attend this game.
That means a day extra of hotel and food and whatever shite at the game.
shite happens, it's out of our control and the NBA decided, not the pelicans.
They ain't even mad.
Stubhub.com already refunded them the money for the tickets as well.
ETA: you also don't know what day the game is, so it could be a weekend. And who takes off work for a pelicans game in the middle of the week
