How does gentry still have a job?

Honest question, how does he? He has ONE winning season as a HC. I don't understand why we don't fire him, or is demps that stupid? I don't understand the image of this franchise at all. I get that the saints are the #1 priority but I mean come on. Im tired of watching shittye basketball and a coach who docent win.

Because trading for Cousins saved he and Demps' job last year, and things would have to go terribly wrong, not .500, for the Saints organization to do something about the Pelicans in the middle of a playoff run.

Just curios. When would you have pulled the trigger and fired him? 1st season? 2nd? Now?
I'm sure we would be a prime coaching spot giving coaches a year or two..
