There was one thing that was said that I think was telling.

He said having chemistry in the locker room is great and a key thing to have, but they need to hold each other accountable more. Almost like they are too nice to each other when fricking up.

Exactly

Lot of talk about the Lakers getting those dudes for peanuts, what does that tell you? If offering just a tad more could have gotten you those guys, that tells you every other team in the league didn't value those guys for even a lightly protected 1st.
