JenHale504: @Hornets Eric Gordon will not play tonight vs #Celtics. Sore knee is not ready to play back to back games yet, acc to Monty Williams. @NBA

Interested to see how Mason Jr. does with starter minutes considering he's been on a tear.

If he plays well, Hornets have a chance.

Much rather see more Xavier than Rivers.

Gonna be a heavy load on Xavier's back. Hopefully he won't get injured.

we can't afford for him to not play...i know playoffs are a long shot, but this run has been fun. what if we could make things interesting at the end of the season? we need gordon on the court...at least for limited minutes

Yeh, I agree. I don't like the idea of coaches/teams being "realistic" about their playoff hopes when they are only 8 games back with 45 games left.

Y'all have to calm down. You want to risk him being reinjured for a 1% shot at the playoffs? C'mon. Winning when he plays is what's important.

he's been out for an eternity. he's back in the starting lineup. he's been back for long enough. time to play back to backs, imo.

it's not impossible to go on a run...there's like 15 games til the all star break. we have won 5 of 6. if we keep playing hot til the all star break, we have a shot. we don't if gordon doesn't play back to backs

They're being overly cautious I'm sure. But that's not a bad thing.

So you'd rather them risk further injury for one win instead of playing it 100% safe in a most likely lottery-bound season?
