I'm not butthurt. We knew we'd had to pay him max, which is why we dumped Okafor and Ariza. We won't let the building block of the franchise just leave if the Hornets have anything to do about it. Gordon, your heart may belong in Phoenix for whatever reason, but accept the nice amount of dough no matter where you're at (NOLA).
Some people think Gordon has a talent close to CP3 and Derrick Rose. You don't just give that away for Gortat. Hornets can keep him if they want.

I haven't kept up with all 23 pages of this thread, but I wonder of all of the fanfare around Davis has turned him off. I remember one of the things he was pissed about in LA was they promised to make him the face of the franchise, and then Griffen came in and pretty much took that role.

You really didn't though. You've been trashing NO saying the city itself is the reason Gordon didn't want to be here. Yes he came out and said his heart is in Phoenix, but you don't know if it's because of the team or the city. To me, from what he said, seems like he likes the Suns as an organization over the Hornets.

As a Hornets/NO fan it makes no difference to me whether it its the team or the city for the reason he wants out, it's upsetting either way. I was just trying to point out to you, before you make even more of an arse of yourself gloating, that his comments still do not prove your point.
