13 true national TV games. None of that NBA TV BS. The NBA finally said “frick it, AD isn’t going anywhere we better show his arse”.

I switched to the weekend 12 game plan this year from the “superstar” plan and I saw that the lakers and rockets will be on the weekend plan. Pretty happy to see that. I haven’t seen Lebron in person since his rookie year.

yes sir

TDJ how about that first Saturday game?
maybe a meet up at walk ons would be easy for everyone
or we could school up and watch the game in the bar inside the blender

Let’s get a count and I will see if I can’t get some group seats at a decent price.

As long as you are cheering the Pels....Gratz man. I try to soak in as much Lebron right now as well. Should be a fun and competitive regular season series between Lakers and Pels.

there is value in seeing these superstars in person.
I still remember the first time I watched iverson play vs the hornets, he was so fast and so fearless it was really hard to believe

It depends on how many bandwagon fans are in the building. Sometimes the screaming banshees who are all trying to prove they’re the world’s greatest Lakers fans can detract from someone going off. Kobe had an absolutely scintillating game against us a few years back and I was just pissed cause of the crowd. I used to love seeing a Michael Redd type go for 40+.

Agree - first time seeing LeBron, Kobe, etc. were real eye openers. The skill gap between the superstars and the regular guys is way more evident in person.

One that I didn't expect to be wowed by - Porzingis. If he could stay healthy (and not be on a shite team), he would be a MONSTER. So smooth, so effortless and can do everything. At 7-3.
