The fact that we aren’t remotely competitive is the icing on the cake. This team is going nowhere with him as a head coach, with or without zion/a healthy team

Gentry has never had any success as a head coach anywhere he has been.
When we revamped the entire organization in the off-season, he should have gone too.

I try to be a fan and watch this team but it is really hard. In what world is this performance acceptable to management. This clown should have never started this season as coach. A lot of time has been wasted by not having a new coach molding this team right now. It's past time

Gentry says the team is quiet and don’t talk a lot to each other even in practice. Anybody can say what they want about Monty but that was one thing he made sure the team did. They would do team activities where they had to be together and communicate, this is not only on Gentry though but Jrue as well. Jrue knew going into the season he was the leader and part of that is getting the guys together so they can have a relationship where nobody is scared to speak their mind. The change at the top has to be made or this will continue and turn into a bigger problem it is now.
