Wish WWL would broadcast the Pelicans games.

Would bring in lots of fans outside the area since it covers 38 States at night.

They are expanding the broadcast radius to cover the northshore and other areas

The problem with 100.3 isn't the quality of the signal, it's the fact their stick is down in bayou country and it just can't reach into the city proper, much less the northern burbs.

The only solutions are to get an updated license for more power, or, to move their stick closer to NOLA.

If they have to use the affiliate market to fix this, it's going to be weird AF to be in the main market city area and have to use an affiliate to hear the games.

I get them wanting to move from 99.5, that station made no sense for them. They need to be on a sports station.

Maybe part of this deal is the Pelicans lend 100.3 some money to make a move or increase power.

Hopefully this gets the signal for the station stronger. Cant listen to TBoB and Jordy in the morning due to static.

It’s pretty pathetic. I don’t even get great reception on the south shore and have some horrible country station in Alexandria bleeding in.

Cool

I really enjoy listening to a combo of country music and basketball, going back and forth

Woah I missed that. Oh well, Joel was/is the best part of the broadcast anyway.

They did until they realized the United Way programming was getting better ratings.

Those losers moved to Houston to make it big nationally and failed big time. Then they lost all their radio contracts and now broadcast on a few failing stations for less money than before. In Houston they lost the FM spot and are on this weak AM station where their ratings are so low they don't even talk about Houston anymore. Now they try to remind viewers they used to live in Louisiana and are like us, but thats only because Texas rejected them. I actually will miss accidentally hearing them and laughing at their failure. Their show has gone from 3 hours of comedy to angry haters who blame everyone other than themselves for their inability to succeed. Sounds like they are the ones that need therapy.

False, they are on 99.5 which is an Iheart radio station and they cover Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and I think part of Georgia. Just because you do not like them, does not mean they are failing
