When egos are involved( Griff anf Zion) it doesn’t matter how the organization looks. At the end of the day, its a players run league, push comes to shove Griffin will likely be gone. 4 years in and we’re barely playing in the play-in, his relationship with the best player is complete garbage, has incompetent training staff and continously lies to media and public like a used car salesman. They need to just give the gm job to Trajan who’s honestly the real brains without the ego and get this organization back on track.

If the guy truly just wants to play basketball (this is becoming something I’m starting to believe less in), then you have to take the hardline with him. Holding him out is telling him you have to do better with your body if you want to make it in this league.

The only way to teach some guys is to take away what they love.

Are pro athletes rehabbing injuries required to at least show up and run with staff?

I don’t see the point

Neither does anyone else, but yet, here we are. It is the exact same BS. Different injury but same management of said injury. It is inexcusable.
