The 22-year-old is religious about getting two workouts in on days when the Pelicans don’t play. He goes to practice in the morning then returns to the team’s facility in Metairie at night to work on his shooting stroke or ball handling skills.

...“To my knowledge, he doesn’t have anything else that he does," Griffin said. “He’s a basketball player through and through. If he’s not sleeping, he tends to be hooping, I think.”

...Josh Hart said Ingram watches as much film as any teammate he’s had with the exception of Rajon Rondo. Ingram’s iPad, which is loaded with game tape, has become an essential accessory.

“On planes or getting off the plane, he always has his iPad with the game tape,” Hart said. “He’s always trying to get better. Whenever we go to a different city, he’s in the gym. It’s something he loves to do. He’s really able to kind of be himself here.”

Rondo's film study habits are legendary, so that's pretty high praise from Hart. A lot more at the LINK

And Zion is 19.

Sons, if we have baby KD and baby Shaq on our squad I have only one question: how many years will the league be fricked for?

I'd love to see him put on just a little more weight this season.

Meant to say off-season, but imagine some Pascal Siakim like weight. Can't wait to see him play these last 27 games, especially if learned anything from the 4th qrt of the All star game.

This Lakers trade may go down as the biggest fleecing ever if the Lakers don’t win the championship this year. They have a one year window and we have an extremely bright future. And that future is aided by the Lakers future draft picks .

I had no idea when we traded for him that he had that kind of drive. I guess I judged a book by its cover cause he really looks like he doesn't give a frick

So happy we have this guy on our team

Even if they win a title this year, the Pelicans are set up for at the very least a decade of success.
Oh by the way we have the draft picks to make that even longer.

They’re LA. One title with AD and Lebron would be seen as a failure and they might have just set up the next great dynasty. At their expense at that.

Good to know. His passing out of triple teams and overall decision making are obvious adjustments he’s made after the season started.
