Arena Renovations

As noted before (generally, and via blueprints), the Arena is getting some serious work, to the tune of $50m. The inside and outside will be changed. For those who will ask below: No, it will still have the green skin.
All of the changes this offseason were on the interior, and some were in areas that most fans will not see, such as the locker rooms.

The club rooms look so much better with the updates. The food areas were taken out and now there are lounge areas in its place. The bar in the North Clubroom is turned in opposite direction, since no one ever went to backside of it. The wall partitions that were near section entrances and food was taken out. Very open and much better looking now.

Need to change the seat colors to match. My biggest pet peeve about the dome and the arena.
