He may be a Pel for longer than one more day at that rate. Lakers fans are going nuts over Kawhi putting off a decision and want to delay the trade so they can still sign him.
Problem with that is that the chain of deals holds half the damn league up.

I read a tweet earlier today that said delaying the AD trade would hold up moves by at least 8 or 9 different teams

This is based on the idea that it affects the three team trade, the Hawks’ trade for picks, us signing Reddick and freeing up room for the Sixers, us trading for Favors, and the multi-team trades moving KD, Rozier, Kemba, and Iggy, amongst other players, because of teams receiving parts from them.
