He’s a great guy with a really unique voice.
He hates to promote himself so he doesn’t have many listeners.
He is Folk/Country/Acoustic
His name is Jacob Davis Martin, and he is in Spotify/Apple Music.
Also has a YouTube Channel.
Personally my favorite songs by him are “Leaving”, and “Student Loans”, so I would start there.

That guy can write, he really can. He probably ought to relax a little bit when he's singing his own song, give his words just a little longer to sink in, for his listeners.
Damn, it must suck for you though, having a boss, who is a sarcastic arse smart guy that probably really knows some shite.
I hate working with people like that.
Really, that's the one's I really like to work with. You got to bust their chops all the time though...keep 'em humble.
If your boss is in management, don't let him see this post..this is a top secret technique for dealing with smart people.

That's pretty damn good. Great voice which can cover up a lot of faults but the writing is solid. Thumbs up!
