I'll just say that
And mutt has some really good songs on it
I think it's his best "album". I think the production of it is somewhat strange at times though. Some tracks are lacking on the low end.
But check out "snowman" with Tom waits horn player:

My buddy lived next door to Ralph Carney in San Francisco... He was in awe, since he's a huge TW fan...
