They got back together after Stockdale made a solo album and it flopped. They made a new album. It's pretty good. Nothing compared to Cosmic Egg though

Man Wolfmother never really appealed to me. I have heard a few songs that were ok... plays a ton on Pandora... just never picked up an album

Kadavar is the shite. I would love to catch them but I have a 7:30 am meeting on Thursday.

Did they actually get back together or did he just form a new band and call it Wolfmother to capitalize on his former bandmates' hard work?

So who went? As a listener since their self titled finally getting to see them live, they sure didn't disappoint. They rocked the hell out of that set. Opening band was good too

I really enjoyed the concert. Varsity Theatre was a real treat, by far the smallest venue i've been too. But it was very cool to be that close to a band that has had some mainstream success. Also, people were crowd surfing during songs which was really awesome, mainly alot of lsu students that were plastered.
Never seen a singer get into the crowd and sing in person, but stockdale got right in the middle of the crowd once and sang a whole song. Overall they put on a great show, setlist was pretty good although I would have liked to hear "Sundial" or "Pilgrim".

O yea and Kadavar was really good as well
