I stopped listening to rap soon after the 90's ended, but seriously?
What is Drakes story? Suburbs? Private schooling? He probly doesn't even have a baby momma.

I'm familar with all the dis songs.
I would say the best are:
Drag em in the River by Uptown Ni$$ live for violence
Hit em Up - Tupac
Who Shot ya - BIG
Dre Day - Dr Dre
Real Motherfricking g's - Eazy E
then Ether.
Eminem had some good diss records too, but he was dissing people no where near his level. Just not the same.
---ETA, I'm straight Kenna City, UVC lol. Listen almost only to all rap, and 90's alternative. (and the Beatles, I love the beatles, and Zepplin and Floyd and the Stones)

Real Motherfricking Gs is WAY better...and I love Ether. Also, who shot ya and hit em up are also better.
