Listening to A Star is Born soundtrack.

Where the hell did this type of country music come from? Nice riffs. Cooper should make an album of this stuff

Lucas Nelson and Jason Isbell both contributed songs, and Cooper actually contributed (as a co-writer) on some.

Isbell wrote Maybe It's Time
Nelson and Cooper wrote Black Eyes, Out of Time, and Too Far Gone
Nelson, Cooper and Gaga wrote Alibi

I had given up on country for years until I saw this film. I asked a very similar question on this board about a year and a half ago, and it opened me up to so many different new artists.

it's not hard to find good country music. you just have to seek it out. it won't be played on mainstream nash fm type channels though.
