New Orleans made a big jump in the acts per capita this year compared to last. Looks like the local scene is back on the rise.

This isn't an accurate depiction of indie music at all. Seattle and Portland would be way above Austin if the festival is any where else. Can't believe Houston had 43 acts but I can see the indie music starting to get really big there.
