Pretty cool moment for him, a lifelong Cubs fan. I wish I could have seen PJ at wrigley in august. Anyone make the show and how was it?

His liberal causes can be a bit much, but one of the great arena rock bands of recent memory. They are great live.

A friend of mine was the ER doc on duty when he and Jack McDowell came in after getting in a fight with somebody in the FQ

Actually met the guys in REM once. The douche is strong with them.
Vedder did a better job than Bill Murray. Murray seems like an uber douche as well.

To OP, it was a pretty cool setup he had with piping in Harry Caray's recorded singing and he just kind of blended in in the background.
