Uploading your own music to streaming app

I looked at Amazon Music and Spotify and don't see a way to upload music you already have to the library.
Am I overlooking something? Or are there any streaming services that do allow this?

Not sure about streaming services but there is app called Cloudbeats for around $5. It connects to Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and others. If your music is in the cloud, then the app organizes it just like a streaming service. It's really a great idea and cheap.

Google Music has been doing this, allowing 25,000 songs but I'm scared once they roll it into Youtube Music I'm going to lose my library. They haven't been clear on what's going to happen in that transition
I have around 9,000 songs uploaded there for years now.
