Review of the show. Opening band Nest was good. Couldn’t understand a word they sang, but they were heavy.

Lamb of God rocked it. High energy show. Randy screamed his arse off. They tore it down.

Pantera was awesome. Far more Pantera shirts than Lamb. They played the hits. More off of Vulgar Display of Power and Far Beyond Driven. The Great Southern Trendkill was represented to. Nothing off Reinventing the Steel and only Cowboys from Hell title song. Would’ve loved to have heard Primal Concrete Sledge and Cemetery Gates. It was the loudest show I’ve been to since RATM in 1999.

Great show by all three. I wish Dime and Vinnie were here, but I think Zakk and Charlie fit right in.

It wasn’t every seat full, but it was over 2/3 full. The upper deck had a good showing. The one thing about Nashville is a lot of people decide at the last minute and show up. Right as Pantera started, two blonde girls sat next to me. The seats had been empty all night. I think the hot one was disappointed I didn’t pay her much attention. Sorry for rocking out.
