Unreleased Pantera song from Vulgar album...

Released this April and the video is a montage of fans going nuts and they brought in some superfans to punch each other for the video.
It sounds like a demo of what would eventually be "third arm." maybe the other way around, but since this was never released, it probably the former.
Anyway, its still pantera, and its new. So that makes it good.

just from a hook standpoint, there arent any bad songs on vulgar. i dont care for a few of the songs as a whole, but all of them have monster riffs.
that one groove in piss isnt enough to shake another song loose from its spot on that album. very wise of them to retool it on driven as use my third arm.

Vulgar Display of Power was one of my favorite albums as a teenager. I listened to it all the time when I was 13 and 14. Piss doesn't really fit in with the rest.

if you have a pantera tattoo, there is a 99% chance there is also a rebel flag, or weed leaf tattoo on your body, and visible with clothing on. This is coming from someone who has considered getting a CFH tattoo for about ten years now.

very much agreed. especially as i already have the memory of third arm as a far beyond driven song. it would be like hearing trapped under ice on puppets. for any fan, it would seem out of place.

I don't listen to Pantera that much anymore but that album always takes me back to better days. Its a good nostalgia trip for me.

now i would rather listen to down than pantera. popping in cowboys is always good for a front to back listen, but i cant keep it in my steady rotation. down I, and III are definitely in my steady rotation.

I've seen Down 5 times in the last year and a half. I'm kinda burned out on them. That won't stop me from buying their new ep or seeing them again next time they play around here.

Piss has been on Liquid Metal on XM for a couple months now - not brand new released
EDIT - just re-read your post about it coming out in April, my bad. yea I can see why never on Vulgar but still Pantera - saw them in '01 in Biloxi and that pit was the most intense/insane ever seen - it was the entire floor so it was fun to be able to bounce around and be in front of Rex and then to the back and then in front of Dimebag and all over the place. awesome stuff
