Novoselic was never a junkie. He was constantly trying to warn Cobain off of the stuff.

Cobain and Novoselic were loners and dickhead junkies back then. Grohl was the "people" person in Nirvana.

Novoselic wasn't a junkie and wasn't a loner.

o answer a previous poster, Miley Cyrus is performing a rendition of Cornell’s song “Two Drink Minimum,” and she’s doing a fine job.

No surprise there. She's done very well at other events like this.

That won't stop Ace from repeating the same nonsense in the future.

Audioslave "Show Me How to Live" with Dave Grohl

Holy hell just makes you realize how hard this song is to sing. But Grohl did really good. Still sucks will never get to see these guys live

Any idea why it took them almost 2 years to do this tribute?

Adam Levine just performed Chris Cornell’s “Seasons.” That rendition alone was almost worth the price of admission.

I would have lost my shite the second Morello started playing that riff for Be Yourself and judging by the videos out there, had one of the most disappointing experiences in my life listening to her butcher the song.

I thought Grohl did an admirable job on Show Me How To Live. That was awesome.

I’m not saying this necessarily is the case but this happened about 6 months after Chester’s Tribute and those two were really close. I wonder if the success of that evening prompted this to happen.

If not, would Chester be alive today if they had planned this from jump street and he got to participate and celebrate his friends life like this and brought more positive closure? I mean, he killed himself on Cornell’s birthday.
