Ticketmaster to require COVID vaccine or negative test to go to shows

In today's episode of it's a mad mad world, I give you this
Basically, TM is saying
to HIPPA and requiring consumers to reveal their personal health records in order to enter events. No they are not compelling people to reveal their info, but it is their right to not sell products to those who do not. At least that is my non-legal-expert opinion.
I wish more bands listened to Eddie Vedder back in the 90's. TM is a monopoly that needs to be destroyed. Bands need to start selling directly to the fans and completely circumvent TM's power. This is nuts.

Any step towards live music is going to be questioned. Easier/better tickets for me if they take this route. Clearly the flood gates will open soon after this.

It just doesn’t make sense- do they really think they’ll get 40,000 people to upload their negative COVID test so they can sell out the Dos Equis pavilion in Dallas? Why not do like the NFL, and limit shows to 25-50%, socially distanced? People aren’t going to do this
