Three month experiment with music tingles in back of head/neck

I have an hour commute to work and have mostly split that between 50% talk radio (primarily sports with dash of politics), 40% music, and 10% comedy. Since January, I've moved closer to 100% music in the mornings because I think the constant bickering on talk radio affects my mood to start the day.
I've always had times when I get those tingles in the back of my head/neck area during a song that I like or haven't heard in a while. I started tracking these instances since January and learned that they usually happen in the morning. During my commute, I usually browse between channels 7-34 on Sirius and they seem to be playing more live versions of songs lately. These are only those that gave the very obvious strong tingles, although there are many other instances of the more subtle tingles.
The Beatles - Come Together. I love The Beatles but never thought of this song as one of my favorites, maybe just in the mood for it that day.
Prince - When Doves Cry. Always sort of liked this song but gained a new appreciation for it that day and don't think I had heard it in a while.
Biggie - Hypnotize. Liked this song during college years. Only time I can ever recall that the tingles happened during a song from after my high school era.
LSU band playing shortly after LSU beat Tennessee in basketball. Intense game and relief of victory may have had as much to do with tingles as the music?
Bohemian Rhapsody by Panic at the Disco during Houston Rodeo. Sort of liked the Queen version and maybe hearing it live by a different artist played a factor.
Professor Longhair - Go to the Mardi Gras. Hearing Longhair during Carnival season usually does the trick.
Ray Charles - What I'd Say. While watching a documentary about his career on TV.
Alice in Chains - Rooster. Hadn't heard this song in a while and has a back story meaning for me.
Clapton - Wonderful Tonight. Live Version that I don't think I'd ever heard before, slower tempo and brilliant guitar by Clapton.
The Beatles - While My Guitar Gently Weeps. Raw recording version that I had never heard before.
