My Favorite Smiths song.
I remember when that video came out in 1987 I made a jean jacket with The Smiths written across the back like the one in the video, I was so cool

Love the Smiths and love this album. I will say that Morrissey solo is just as good in my opinion. The sound is very "Smiths" like.

Always cracks me up when I see Morrissey waving his flowers and stuff around while singing in old Smiths videos.

I really enjoy Morrissey’s solo work as well. One obvious difference is a lack of anything close to Johnny Marr’s guitar work both in terms of creativity and execution.
Marr really stands out in songs like How Soon Is Now?, Girl Afraid, Bigmouth Strikes Again, Some Girls are Bigger than Others, This Charming Man, That Joke Isn’t Funny Anymore, Well I Wonder, just to name a few.
