I am torn between the camp vs. hotel option. Hotel will be far away for what I am willing to pay since I am the only one staying but it is certainly overall better to stay in a hotel than to camp. decisions, decisions...

Think I am going to fly out Thursday night though. I don't want to be hassled with getting in town, getting the rental car, checking in to hotel all before the concert on Friday. See yall there, I will probably be staying in Stapleton or the next intersection down towards the airport.

Also, I ended up with an extra 3 day pass if anyone is in need. It was like $185 or so face, hard tickets should be here soon.

Well, I have the hotel and rental car and flights booked for Dick's, but still need a pair of 3 day passes for the floor. I suppose I will try to score a pair once in Denver. Stubhub has them now for $442 ea.--ouch!

I know I can get the GA seats for half that, but I really want to be in the pit.

Another great FTA.

Loved he chose something from 8.2.93 Tampa, always thought that show smoked. The auds are pretty good for it, killer Mike's and Antelope with the former having a heavy metalesque jam.

The Tweezer is standard 92/92 bizarreness hose, same with the S.O.A.M.

Melt the Guns kinda sucked

McGrupp was an interesting take. Wish they would have included the Meatstick from that show.

The If I Could has a perfect solo by Trey, with his buttery 2000 tone sounding as good as ever.

The star of the show, however, is the 11.16.94 Simple. I can't believe I've never heard this jam. Definitely one of the best Type II exploratory pieces I've ever heard. Incredible.

I saw some folks on PT expressing disdain for MtG. I enjoyed the shite out of that. Its unique Phish that you don't hear often, and the song is pretty cool. I would bust a nut if they busted that out.

Also, it is just good ol fashioned fun chanting "Melt the Cheese, Melt the Cheese" while cooking dinner with the gf, and her looking at me like I am crazy.

That Simple was a freaking journey. Loved that shite.

I've always enjoyed that McGrupp. Great version.

If I Could was beautiful and a perfect ending to that FTA.

dude, melt the guns/cheese jam was equally awesome/hilarious

That was on last night when I first turned it on and it took me awhile to realize it was them. Funny shite.
