Adding a band with the popularity of The London Souls opens up the door for a ton of additions to the tier system…(i.e Earphunk and the like)

Earphunk is great, but the Souls played Lockn'. That alone makes them tier nomination worthy.

Although Lockn' is the greatest festival in the US for the past two years, I don't know if that's a qualifier

Souls should be tier 2 and only not tier 1 cause they haven't been around long enough.
If The Werks are graded I don't see why The Souls shouldn't be.
ETA: Also the souls guitarist would get them in if there was some sort of shred off competition to determine who is worthy.
