Second time you've asked me this, and no. I actually am kind of at the point where Les needs to fix some shite or GTFO. I think he's earned the right to another year or two to right the ship, but I wouldn't be crushed if he left.

No, that's a ridiculous stance to take. Obviously there's a chance we could do worse, but to think we can't do better (at least better than the last 3 years) or the same is pretty silly.
