Saw them at ACL this past weekend. One of the highlights of the weekend. High, High energy. Great sound. Do yourself a favor, grab a chica and head over for a great show and a little dancing.

ACL was fun. Weather was hot on Saturday, but then the cold front arrived about 6:00 p.m. Sunday was fantastic. Nice craft beer tent with two big lfat screens and great food selections
Acts I missed but wish I had not - Reignwolf and Vintage Trouble. Everyone I've talked to raved about these two shows.
The Cure on Saturday night was just perfect. They played a 26 song set.

How do they compare with their sound during the 90's when they had a few hits?

I think better. Way more upbeat - high energy keyboard player and a dude playing a trumpet on the Spanish stuff.
Plus Raul Malo still has a great voice.
